Terms of use and sale

Version dated 30 September 2026

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of Plannidog and any paid plan you take out. You accept them when you create your account and before any payment; we keep a record of the version you accepted and when.

1. What Plannidog is and who we are

Plannidog is online software published by Fleck One (the “Publisher”, see our legal notice) for professional dog trainers (the “Trainer”) to run their practice: dog records, diary, session payments, training log and cues.

Plannidog is for professionals using it for their work. Dog owners invited by a trainer use it free of charge, within the limits the trainer sets.

2. Your account

Creating an account is free. You sign in with a link sent by email, with Google or with a password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us about any use you didn't make.

You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Using the service

You'll use Plannidog lawfully and in line with these Terms. In particular, you mustn't:

  • save data you have no right to, or content that's unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone's rights;
  • try to access another account's data or disrupt the service;
  • scrape or resell the service or its content.

If there's a serious breach, the Publisher may suspend the account after warning you, except in an emergency (security, legal obligation).

4. Your data and your clients' data

The data you save remains yours. For your clients' data (dog owners) and their dogs' data, you're the controller and the Publisher acts as your processor, on your behalf and on your instructions, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. The Publisher:

  • only processes this data to provide the service;
  • protects it (restricted access, encrypted connections, access rules in the database) and keeps it confidential;
  • uses the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy and tells you about any change;
  • helps you answer your clients' requests and tells you without delay about any data breach;
  • deletes this data when your account closes, after giving you the chance to get a copy.

It's up to you to tell your clients how their data is used and to save only what your work needs.

5. Plans and prices

The Free plan includes every feature, up to a limited number of active dogs. The Pro plan removes that limit. The Team plan, for several trainers, is available on request. Details and current prices are on our pricing page.

Prices are shown including VAT, alongside the amount excluding VAT. The VAT due is worked out when you pay, based on your country and status.

The Publisher may change its prices. We'll email you about any price change to an existing subscription at least 30 days before it applies, at your next renewal; you can cancel before then.

6. Subscribing and paying

You subscribe online from your account (Subscription), after accepting these Terms. Payments are handled by Stripe; the Publisher never sees your card details.

Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the period you choose (a year costs the same as 10 months). You get an invoice for every payment, which stays available in your account.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days and you keep your plan; you can update your payment method from your account. If the payment still doesn't go through, the subscription ends and the Free plan applies: your data is kept, but you can't activate more dogs than its limit allows.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

There's no commitment: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) until you cancel it.

You can cancel whenever you like from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; the current period isn't refunded, unless the law requires it.

You can close your account at any time by emailing contact@plannidog.com.

8. Right of withdrawal

Plannidog is for professionals using it for their work, so the consumer right of withdrawal doesn't apply. The Free plan lets you try the service for as long as you like before paying.

9. Availability and changes

The Publisher does its best to keep Plannidog available at all times, but interruptions can happen (maintenance, a provider outage). Planned maintenance happens at quiet times wherever possible.

The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed. We'll tell you if a core feature of a paid plan is removed, and you can then cancel.

Artificial intelligence features, such as tidying up session notes, may be offered later as an option. They'll be described before launch, with the safeguards for your data (see our privacy policy).

10. Liability

Plannidog is an organisation tool: you alone are responsible for your business, your relationships with your clients, the payments you take and your accounting, tax and legal obligations. Plannidog's payment records are neither certified till software nor accounts.

If the Publisher is liable, its liability is limited to direct losses and to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused them. It doesn't cover indirect losses (lost revenue or clients).

11. Intellectual property

Plannidog, its code, interfaces and brand belong to the Publisher. You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you have an account.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Publisher may change these Terms. The new version is shown to you on your next visit and must be accepted to keep using the service; we'll also email you about any significant change. Every version is dated.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If there's a problem, please email contact@plannidog.com first: we'll look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the Publisher's registered office will decide.
