Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It's free for good, with every feature, as long as you're working with 5 active dogs or fewer at a time.
What's an active dog?
A dog you're working with right now. Archive a dog you no longer train and it stops counting; its record and payments are still there whenever you need them.
How do I move up to Pro?
From Subscription, in your account: you pay by card on Stripe's secure site. Pro starts as soon as the payment's confirmed.
Can I switch billing period or stop?
Yes, whenever you like, from Subscription: switch to yearly billing, change card or cancel. If you cancel, it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, every payment comes with an invoice, which you'll find under Subscription.
